TotalCalc Pro does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number. Your calculations, saved items, history and SmartSolve chats are stored only on your device. We do not sell personal data. Some third-party services listed below process limited data to show ads, handle purchases and answer AI questions.
Calculator inputs, saved calculations, projects, history and SmartSolve conversations are stored locally using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). We do not receive this data. Deleting the app removes it.
The free version shows banner ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID / IDFA), IP address, approximate location and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. Where required, we ask for your consent first using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent message (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), and on iOS we ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are non-personalised (or limited) ads. You can change your choice at any time from the app's privacy/ad settings option where available, or in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Pro subscribers see no ads.
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check purchase status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase receipts, and device and app information. We never receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
When you use SmartSolve, the question you type, plus the earlier messages in that chat, is sent from the app to our server (a Cloudflare Worker operated by Sully Studios), which forwards it to our AI provider, Anthropic, through Anthropic's API to generate a reply. Questions are not linked to a name or account. Don't enter sensitive personal information. We don't store SmartSolve messages on our servers beyond transient processing and rate-limit logs (such as IP address). Anthropic handles API data under its privacy policy and commercial terms. Cloudflare processes network traffic under its privacy policy. SmartSolve replies may mention other Sully Studios products.
We do not operate user accounts, and we do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or payment card details. We do not sell personal data or share it for purposes other than those described above.
TotalCalc Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device settings, change your tracking choice in iOS Settings, and delete local data by removing the app. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access or delete data. Email dev@permitlogicai.com and we'll help, including passing requests on to the third parties above.
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
