TotalCalc Pro Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using TotalCalc Pro ("the App") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you download the App from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); if these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls to the extent of the conflict. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

2. Estimates only, no professional advice

All results, including trade/material, electrical, financial, tax, payroll, health and AI (SmartSolve) outputs, are estimates for general information. They are not engineering, electrical, legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Check results, follow local codes, and consult a qualified professional before relying on them. You are responsible for decisions you make with the App's output.

3. SmartSolve AI assistant

SmartSolve sends your questions through our server to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) and uses a third-party AI model and may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Don't use it for safety-critical decisions. Fair-use limits apply, and free users get a limited number of SmartSolve questions. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

TotalCalc Pro offers optional auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions (with a free trial where offered) and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock Pro features. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Ads

The free version shows ads served by third parties.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, abuse or overload the App or its services, or use it unlawfully.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sully Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on calculations, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
